The Opportunity

We’re looking for a mission-driven growth marketer to become our hands-on owner of the paid search channel. Paid search is currently the largest of our digital paid media channels and a significant driver of enrollments, so your work directly ties to furthering Hinge Health’s mission to improve the lives of people suffering from chronic conditions.

You’ll join the paid media pod, the fastest-growing group of channels on the Growth team, with real autonomy to decide what the work is and how it gets done. As we launch new products, you’ll build the keyword strategy that takes Hinge Health into new categories and puts our care in front of more people who need it. The right candidate wants to go deep on one channel and loves working on both strategy and the details.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Own paid search end to end: Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, covering branded and non-branded search, Performance Max, and related formats.

  • Shape the channel strategy: Translate insights from new product launches, audience research, and company goals into channel strategy and experimentation roadmap.

  • Turn data into experiments: Find insights in the numbers and use them to design tests on messaging, ad formats, and other ad features.

  • Build optimized workflows: Create the playbooks, reporting, and automation, including AI-assisted workflows, that help the channel run smoothly, and accelerate test and learn cycles.

  • Own channel reporting: Create regular performance reporting on pacing, efficiency, and test results, and translate results into clear next steps.

  • Manage the platform relationship: Serve as our point of contact with Google account representatives, staying current on new features, betas, and policy changes that help us scale.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with the creative team on developing ad creative, with Data Science on tracking and measurement, and with the broader Growth team on how paid search fits into the overall acquisition strategy.

Who You Are
  • An owner of the channel: You own paid search end to end from the idea through strategy, execution, and optimization.

  • A data-driven experimenter: You dig into the data to find an insight, then design an experiment around it. You’re driven by curiosity and love to see which experiments work.

  • A detail-minded strategist: You are meticulous, and you own your numbers. You can also step back from the account and think about where the channel as a whole should go.

  • A Learn-it-all: You are always willing to learn and improve, whether that’s a new Google Ads feature, a new ad platform, or a better way to run your own week.

  • A mission-driven marketer: You care about making quality care easier to get, and you want your work tied to that.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, including hands-on Google Ads work managing bid settings, determining campaign structure, and conducting keyword research.

  • Proven track record of managing meaningful budgets and hitting acquisition growth and efficiency goals

  • Experience using Mode, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar tools to build reports and analyze performance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success managing a large paid search program, with budgets of at least $3 million annually

  • Demonstrated use of Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to build workflows that support campaign strategy and execution

  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO and how they intersect with paid search

  • Experience running structured tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign settings and translating results into action

  • Hands-on Microsoft Advertising campaign management

  • A track record of testing emerging ad formats, including ChatGPT Ads

  • Background in healthcare or another regulated industry
