About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 12/31/2026.

Department Description:
The Salesforce Global Partnerships team establishes, grows, and executes transformational partnerships for Salesforce globally. Our partnerships drive revenue, increase customer success, deliver innovative product roadmap, elevate our brand, and differentiate our company. Our team creates new ways of operating as a business, solves critical and complex problems, and supports our most impactful corporate priorities. Our team values trust, grit, agility, and inclusivity.

We engage a portfolio of new and existing ISV partners — driving revenue and consumption through contract re-negotiation, driving adoption of new products that align to Salesforce's strategic initiatives and delivering partner success.
This role sits on a new, first-of-its-kind team focused on automation and transformation — building the systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure that will transform partner account management to scale efficiently.

Role Description:
We are looking for a collaborative, analytical professional with a builder's mindset, and a passion for problem solving at scale to join our newly formed team within our ISV Partnerships org. This role will require comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building the foundation for the future of Partner territory management at scale. You will design and build automation and workflows using agentic tools, dig into Salesforce reporting and data to surface insights, and help scale our Partner Onboarding and Business Development processes.

Ideal candidates should be eager to grow in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a tenacious self-starter and a natural problem-solver every day. Salesforce offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and coaching to help build the foundation for your career.

Your Impact:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation, workflows and autonomous agents using agentic tools to streamline operational processes across the ISV Partnerships teams

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, and segment and analyze data to drive decision-making

  • Identify manual, repetitive processes across the team and propose and build scaled, automated solutions

  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development teams, technical experts, support, legal, and operations teams to help guide process improvements

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics as outlined by the business

  • Identify, trial and leverage AI tools that support the execution of improvements to our Partner Experience and scale our Partner Onboarding processes

  • Help stand up foundational processes and documentation for a brand-new team function, with the flexibility to shape scope as the role is expected to evolve over time

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience

  • Experience building automation and workflows using agentic tools

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, and proficiency segmenting and analyzing data within Excel/Google Sheets

  • Excitement to work on a new team — loves solving problems and is energized by ambiguity

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with willingness to develop basic process documentation and partner-facing collateral under guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a scaled team, ideally within SaaS, AI, data, or cloud ecosystems

  • Experience creating enablement and/or email content for external audience

  • Community management experience

  • Experience using marketing automation tools

  • Passion for partner growth and ecosystem success

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform (APIs, workflows, automation, agents), or a strong willingness to learn this quickly

  • Experience with tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Tableau, Slack/Slackbot, Google Workspace, Workbench

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Automation & Campaign Building: Design, test, and maintain automations using agentic tool to reduce manual work across both internal and external processes and engage partners. At times, data entry and manual efforts will be necessary until automation is implemented.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain Salesforce reports, and segment and analyze data in Excel to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for the team

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, learning from their expertise to help build and scale the "Digital PAM" role — driving scaled partner account management across the Salesforce ecosystem.
