This is a great associate-level role for someone looking to kickstart their career in solutions engineering. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting customers and sales teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment—helping shape the future of customer experience technology at Zoom.

About the Team

Contact Solution Engineers are technical experts in Zoom's AI-first Contact Center portfolio, driving the technical aspects of CX sales cycles with sales teams. Join us in helping our customers level up experiences for their customers and in growing Zoom’s next billion-dollar business.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the customers' trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle; translating technical and business requirements into solutions
  • Showcasing the art of the possible and help bring customer use cases and solutions to life through demonstrations
  • Developing trust with customer executives, leadership and other stakeholders to ensure customers business outcome success
  • Working as a customer focused problem solver, understanding business objectives and creating innovative solutions to enable their success
  • Partnering with account teams to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification and discovery, demonstrations, product workshops and proof of concepts

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in customer facing roles in CCaaS, and/or adjacent industries like Conversational AI, Workforce Management, and Quality Management
  • Demonstrate initiative and thrive in collaborative team environments
  • Solve problems creatively with the skills to deliver a compelling demo
  • *Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or are able to work standard business hours aligned to the Mountain (MST) or Pacific (PST) time zones to support team and customer collaboration.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$95,400.00

Maximum:

$190,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
