- Define and execute the global HR Technology and People Analytics strategy aligned with HR, Technology, and business objectives.
- Own the HR Technology roadmap and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business goals.
- Lead the modernization and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading HR Technology, HR systems, or enterprise technology organizations within complex global environments.
- Significant experience leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud platforms and related HR technology solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ERP, HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
- Experience with workforce analytics platforms such as Crunchr
- Experience with Azure-based data and integration capabilities
- SAFe Agile experience or certification
- Experience leading major technology modernization and organizational change
