Founding Designer

E2B is a fast-growing Series A startup with 8-figure revenue. We've raised over $37M since our founding in 2023. Our customers include companies like Microsoft, Perplexity, Hugging Face, Manus, and Groq. We're building the next hyperscaler for AI agents.

As the Founding Designer at E2B, you'll shape the design direction of the entire company. You'll be responsible for the visual communication of everything from the brand and products to new releases and potential hires at E2B.

You will:

• Help establish the overall design culture & taste in the company

• Work with engineers on the product design for the E2B dashboard and CLI

• Help design and build our landing page and any websites for our other projects, such as Fragments

• Work closely with the CEO on the general direction of the E2B brand

• Collaborate with the GTM team on the visual communication for our enterprise customers

• Design visual materials for announcing new products or campaigns, for example our Startups Program

• Design offline marketing campaigns from 0 to 1 to support our customers and promote E2B

Experience:

At least 5+ years of building experience and at least 2+ years of experience working on a DevTools team.

Startup mindset:

Comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed, autonomy, and ownership matter. You enjoy wearing multiple hats in a design role and aren't focused only on product design or brand design.

Working with short timelines:

Comfortable operating under short timelines and in high-stress environments without compromising on quality.

Turning design into real products:

Designers are one of the roles best positioned to ship full products or MVPs. We expect you to be using tools like Claude Code, Devin, Lovable, Cursor, and others, and to see this as table stakes for moving fast and doing your job well.

Comfortable in the DevTool and AI fields:

You don't have trouble visually explaining complex, low-level topics. You can handle UI challenges such as helping users search across millions of sandboxes and understand what developers expect from a DevTools product.
