WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. • Guide guests through the Toyota lineup with confidence and growing product expertise -- connecting reliability, technology, and value to what matters most to each buyer

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Toyota's inventory, product lineup, and the hybrid and EV offerings

• Represent Toyota 101 and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates with a strong hospitality or guest-facing background are strongly encouraged to apply

• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and you earn trust before you ask for the sale

• Clear, honest communicator -- Toyota guests are informed buyers who appreciate a consultant who is straightforward and prepared

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Toyota standard and you hold yourself to it
