• You're enthusiastic, people-first, and ready to grow a high-earning career representing one of America's most iconic and in-demand automotive brands

• You don't need automotive experience -- you need the work ethic, the people skills, and the drive to build something real in Thousand Oaks

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks serves a broad, loyal Southern California community with one of the most recognizable and trusted brands on the road. Chevy guests range from first-time buyers to truck enthusiasts to EV-curious families -- and our Brand Specialists are the people who meet every one of them with genuine knowledge, honest guidance, and a hospitality-first approach. No dealership background required. We hire for character and train the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have

• Guide guests through Chevrolet's lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- from Silverado trucks and Tahoe SUVs to Equinox EVs and Corvettes

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Chevrolet's full lineup, technology features, and the growing EV portfolio

• Represent Chevrolet of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role -- required. Automotive dealership experience is not necessary

• No automotive experience required -- paid Chevrolet brand and product training provided from day one

• Enthusiastic, people-first approach -- Chevy buyers come from all walks of life and the best Brand Specialists connect genuinely with every one of them

• Self-motivated with a real drive to grow your earnings and your career over time

• Clear, honest communicator who listens well and follows through on every commitment

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest deserves your full attention and care

Strong candidates have come from retail, restaurants, fitness, hospitality, customer service, and other guest-facing environments. What they share is a track record of making people feel welcome and well-served -- and the ambition to do it at scale.

• Paid Chevrolet brand and product training -- manufacturer-supported and designed to build real expertise

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Clear career path -- strong Brand Specialists grow into finance, management, and leadership roles at Swickard

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

• A team culture built on hospitality, accountability, and genuine care for every guest
