Summary of Role: 

The Business Analyst supports GF’s Commercial Transformation – Partner Excellence program by improving partner processes, performance and governance. Working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, the analyst turns complex business challenges into practical solutions with clear ownership, responsibilities and measures of success. 

Essential Responsibilities include: 

  • Design and document business and operating processes that remove bottlenecks and drive automation across the partner motion, including current-state mapping, target-state design and transition planning. 
  • Support GF’s customer coverage approach by helping pair customers with the optimal sales and service model. 
  • Support Sales in partner business reviews by providing performance insights, market and operational intelligence, and data-driven recommendations. 
  • Identify process and system gaps and work with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and improve process efficiency. 
  • Facilitate funnel and partner performance reviews by preparing analysis, framing decisions, capturing actions and driving them to closure. 
  • Automate recurring reporting and manual commercial workflows using low-code and AI-assisted tools. 
  • Prepare clear written summaries, process documentation and recommendations for senior commercial leadership. 

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field from an accredited degree program. 
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. 
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) 
  • Travel - Up to 10% 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience. 
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc. 
  • Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making. 
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong planning & organizational skills 
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to document complex process designs precisely. 
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to investigate how processes work. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across several workstreams and stakeholder groups. 
  • Critical thinking skills to structure ambiguous cross-functional problems, test assumptions with data and recommend a path forward. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Exposure to process mapping and business analysis methods through coursework, a case competition, an internship or a co-op. 
  • Familiarity with CRM concepts and Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SQL or Python is an advantage.

Expected Salary Range

$55,400.00 - $90,000.00
