As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
- Maintain documentations and Knowledge articles
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
- Serves as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other BA/BPCs on the team
- Help to direct more junior members of the team
- Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies
Qualifications
- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
