Make your impact at a leading Fintech Company

We're hiring a front-line leader to take over an existing, fully remote outbound team of 10 BDRs: 6 Mid-Market, 3 Growth, and 1 Principal. Your team books meetings for our Mid-Market, Growth, and Principal AEs, and your success will be measured by whether those opportunities convert to revenue. You'll report directly to the Head of BDR and work closely with Marketing, AE leadership, and Sales leadership.

You'll join an AI-native company with an AI-driven tech stack, where tools like Claude, Gemini, and Glean take on manual work so your reps can spend more time selling and you can spend more time developing them.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 BDRs, holding a high standard for performance and accountability
  • Run weekly 1:1s focused on coaching, call scoring, and career development
  • Lead team huddles to review performance, forecasting, and org updates
  • Meet weekly with Marketing and AE leadership to improve lead quality, handoffs, and opportunity conversion
  • Present your team's results on BDR forecasting calls
  • Build repeatable playbooks, messaging, and processes so reps can grow, get promoted, and be replaced without losing momentum
  • Use data to find what's working, coach to it, and change what isn't

We'd love to chat if you have:

  • Experience leading and coaching sellers, with a hands-on, high-support management style
  • A track record of holding people accountable and tying your leadership to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong partnership skills with Marketing, Sales leadership, and AEs
  • A genuine passion for developing people and creating promotion paths
  • Comfort with AI tools and a mindset of using them to make your team more effective

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of front-line sales leadership
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Outreach
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Gemini recommended
  • Fintech or SaaS experience, rep-to-manager promotion, and hiring experience are a plus
