About the Role

We seek a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in growing our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The BDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline for our account executives. This role is critical in driving initial interest, understanding customer needs, and positioning our solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound phone calls to prospective HME suppliers.
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits of Parachute and ultimately transferring them to an Account Executive to support our HME supplier expansion.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills with new customers.
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
  • Relentless and curious. A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our partners and internal teams.
  • An intellectual curiosity to explore the various areas of technology changing the healthcare landscape

Base Salary Band (based on level and experience)

$58,500 - $70,000 + Commission
