Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience in IT.

Technical skills required 

• Hands on experience in at least 2 of the following – Informatica, OBIEE, Business Objects, Tableau, SAP HANA etc 

Preferred

• Have a strong cross-functional technical background,

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• Should have the willingness and ability to work in newer technologies and fast paced environments

• Contributes to the development, & delivery of technology-based business solutions

• Review during various stages of development life cycle • Integration and System testing

• Able to participate in estimations / staffing analysis and solution in order to provide inputs for solution delivery in proposals.

• Able to mentor the team in respective technologies.

• Ability to interact with senior functional and technical client stake holders

• Ability to build relationships with customer stake holders

• Able to articulate on the BI trends, relevance etc

• Analytical and Communication skills 

• Project and talent management

• Experience with project management

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
