We are hiring the company's first Business Operations professional to own critical internal functions across finance, legal and security compliance, procurement, and people operations. You will work directly with the founders, take end-to-end responsibility for established operating frameworks, and build the systems required for the company to scale.

What you'll do

• Own financial operations including runway tracking, spend analysis, budgeting, and reporting

• Lead security and legal compliance processes required for B2B customer contracts

• Manage procurement, vendor contracts, and master service agreement negotiations

• Build and improve operational systems across finance, legal, security, and human resources

• Support payroll, onboarding, HR compliance, and other people operations workflows

• Partner directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives

• Two to five years of experience in business operations, finance, or a chief of staff role at a high-growth startup

• Direct ownership of finance and legal or security compliance in a startup environment

• Strong financial management skills across runway, spend, and budgeting

• Experience navigating security and legal reviews for B2B contracts

• Experience with procurement, vendor contracts, or commercial agreement negotiations

• Highly personable communication style and the judgment to earn trust on sensitive matters

• Active United States work authorization and willingness to work on-site five days per week

Bonus points

• Experience managing payroll, HR compliance, onboarding, or broader people operations

• Prior consulting experience at a top-tier firm with meaningful deal exposure

• Experience at a Series A software company or another rapidly scaling startup
