The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full hiring cycle for business and operations positions, from first outreach through offer acceptance. Work side by side with senior leadership to shape candidate profiles, run structured interviews and strengthen hiring processes. Use pipeline data to keep refining how hiring gets done.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end recruiting for business, operations and go-to-market roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing.
- Build proactive talent pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity and technology backgrounds.
- Work with a senior recruiter and the leadership team to define candidate profiles and prioritize open searches.
- Create and improve the tools and standards that make evaluation and offers consistent across the hiring process.
- Track funnel metrics and conversion at each stage, and adjust the approach based on what the data shows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4 to 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a record of closing strong candidates.
- Experience across both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
- Full-cycle ownership from sourcing through close, not sourcing alone.
- Experience recruiting from highly selective talent pools in finance, consulting, private equity or top technology firms.
- Experience hiring in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with founders and senior business leaders.
- High agency, a strong work ethic and comfort with ambiguity.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 225,000 per year
