Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

Enterprise deals at Rogo are won on quantified value, not features. Our buyers are CFOs, COOs, and heads of technology at the world’s largest banks, private equity funds, and asset managers, and they need a defensible business case before they will sign a multi-year platform commitment.

We’re hiring our first Business Value Consultant to build that case. You will run value engagements on our largest and most strategic enterprise opportunities: leading value discovery with customer executives, facilitating workshops that substantiate the business case, building the ROI and TCO models that anchor pricing conversations, and delivering the executive narrative that gets the deal funded. You will be the person the field pulls into a deal when the champion asks “how do I get this approved?”

This role reports into Revenue Operations, and that is deliberate. It gives you the pricing, consumption, and customer-outcome data, a neutral seat when value and commercial strategy pull in different directions, and a direct line into how Rogo sets pricing and packaging. You will work as an embedded partner to Enterprise sales leadership and their AEs, with the deal access of a sales-aligned role and the data leverage of an operating one.

This is also a founding, build-heavy role. You will run the largest engagements yourself and productize what works into models, benchmarks, and frameworks the whole enterprise team can run without you. Because you sit in RevOps, you will close the loop: instrumenting value cases against realized outcomes so our claims stay credible at renewal.

What You Will OwnValue Discovery & Quantification
  • Lead business value assessments on our largest deals and most strategic accounts, identifying the customer's key business drivers and quantifying the value Rogo delivers against their stated objectives.

  • Facilitate blueprint and use case workshops with customer stakeholders to substantiate the business case, define success criteria, and feed adoption and change-management planning.

  • Build in-depth ROI, TCO, and payback models that stand up to procurement, finance, and technology-committee scrutiny.

  • Partner with AEs to lead value-based discovery with both technical and business stakeholders.

Executive Engagement & Commercial Strategy
  • Craft and deliver executive-level presentations and business case narratives to CxOs and steering committees.

  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership on priority accounts to shape pursuit strategy, qualify opportunities on business impact, and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Support commercial strategy and negotiation with value-based justification for platform fees, credit pools, and multi-year structures, and flag strategic, competitive, and operational risks early.

Value Realization
  • Define measurable value hypotheses at POV kickoff with the AE and Client Strategy, then report on realized value during and after the POV.

  • Convert realized outcomes into expansion and renewal narratives, reinforcing Rogo as a long-term strategic partner.

  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and Product on the data infrastructure required to measure value at scale.

Program Build & Field Enablement
  • Develop and operationalize the models, processes, and talk tracks that make up Rogo's Business Value Program, and pilot new value offerings with GTM.

  • Run value selling training and curriculum for the Enterprise team, and reinforce it in deal reviews and coaching rather than one-time launches.

  • Feed value patterns, competitive displacement economics, and objection themes back to Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership.

  • Build external presence through webinars, events, and customer stories that communicate Rogo's impact on frontier transformation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years running business value assessments, in management consulting or IT consulting advising senior business stakeholders, or in enterprise sales or an equivalent customer-facing advisory role.

  • Degree in engineering, economics, finance, or another analytical field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with the judgment to simplify and communicate the takeaway.

  • Demonstrated executive presence: you have led complex value conversations with C-level stakeholders and can distill dense analysis into a crisp narrative that moves a decision.

  • Commercial acumen: a track record of shaping deals and influencing commercial strategy in complex enterprise sales environments.

  • Familiarity with financial services workflows across banking, private equity, or asset management, and credibility with the professionals who run them.

  • Experience at a SaaS company with a complex sales cycle.

  • Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how GTM teams operate.

  • Comfort with Salesforce and GTM data structures, and interest in instrumenting value measurement rather than asserting it.

  • Builder's instinct: you personally created the models, tools, and frameworks you deployed rather than coordinating others who did.

  • Comfortable earning the trust of experienced, successful sellers and advising them consultatively.

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
