The Role
Requirements:
inPowered is seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising operations, a deep understanding of ad tech platforms, and a proven track record of optimizing ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end campaign execution process, from campaign setup to performance analysis and optimization. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
- Ad Tech Platform Management: Manage and maintain relationships with ad tech vendors and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of new technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, new ad tech solutions, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in ad operations.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement rigorous QA processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of ad placements, targeting, and tracking. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy policies, and best practices related to digital advertising.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to extract valuable insights and inform strategic AI decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years in an ad operations role, optimizing campaigns on various DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo etc.)
- Experience with driving performance for various KPIs such as CPPV, CPA, and ROAS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
- Knowledge of 3rd party verification solutions (DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, MOAT)
- Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers and reporting (GCM, Sizmek, etc.)
- Experience with project management applications (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Experience using Inspect Element/ Network Calls in browser to troubleshoot is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
