Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft. If you want to work somewhere that challenges you daily and rewards the people who drive results, you will fit in here.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic operator role, not an administrative one. You will serve as the CEO's force multiplier: owning high-stakes projects, driving cross-functional execution, and running the operating cadence of a fast-scaling AdTech company. You will have direct visibility into every function at RZR and will be the connective tissue between the CEO and the leadership team. This role carries real decision-making authority and is a launchpad for a future VP, GM, or founder.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

  • Own and drive CEO-level strategic projects end to end: M&A diligence, partnership evaluations, board prep, investor materials, and organizational initiatives
  • Serve as the CEO's proxy in meetings, follow-ups, and workstreams where CEO-level judgment is needed but direct involvement is not
  • Synthesize complex, ambiguous problems into clear recommendations with action plans
  • Track and drive the CEO priority list to completion across six functional areas

Operating Cadence and Cross-Functional Execution

  • Own the SLT operating rhythm: weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly OKR cycles, and annual planning
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards covering revenue, pipeline, product velocity, headcount, and M&A status
  • Drive accountability across functions: follow up on commitments, surface blockers, and escalate the right issues at the right time
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that do not have a natural single owner

Communication and Decision Support

  • Draft communications on behalf of the CEO including Slack announcements, board updates, investor narratives, and internal memos
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings with structured briefs: context, key decisions needed, recommended positions, and open questions
  • Build and maintain the CEO's information architecture: what gets escalated, what gets delegated, what gets resolved

Ad Tech and Product Fluency

  • Develop a working understanding of RZR's core business: programmatic advertising, DSP mechanics, ML-driven bidding, and mobile UA and retargeting
  • Engage credibly with product and engineering leaders on roadmap prioritization, technical tradeoffs, and platform architecture
  • Translate between technical and business audiences across functions and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience; former product manager background strongly preferred
  • Foundational understanding of ad tech (programmatic, DSP/SSP, mobile UA, attribution, bidding); does not need to be an expert but must learn fast and ask the right questions
  • Exceptional written communication; this person will draft on behalf of the CEO and must write tight, direct, no-filler prose
  • Structured problem-solving: can take an ambiguous challenge and return a clear recommendation with supporting analysis within 48 hours
  • High agency; does not wait for permission, identifies what needs to happen, and drives it
  • Cross-functional credibility with engineers, sales leaders, ML researchers, and finance
  • Experience in high-growth environments: startup, scale-up, or high-intensity corporate
  • Comfort with data: can pull metrics, build a basic model, read a P&L, and interpret an A/B test
  • MBA is a strong plus

Our Values

RZR operates by eight core behaviors that shape how we build, how we decide, and how we treat each other. We hire people who live these, not just claim them.

  • Extreme Ownership
  • Move Fast
  • Drive for Excellence
  • Proactive Communication
  • Courage
  • Curiosity
  • Deliver Results
  • Manage Ambiguity
