Our client is a YC-backed AI marketing startup defining how brands are discovered and recommended by AI agents. The company has raised $3.6M, works with Fortune 100 brands and major agencies, and helps customers grow leads from AI channels by an average of roughly 40% per month. The five-person founding team includes alumni of MIT, Princeton, and SpaceX.
You will be a high-agency generalist working directly with both founders to turn ideas and customer insights into immediate action. You will build systems that create leverage across go-to-market, product, recruiting, and operations, with particular ownership of the outbound engine and the repeatable processes needed to scale a new category.
You will build and scale outbound, turn founder and customer insights into action, own cross-functional special projects, create repeatable systems, and use modern AI tools to increase team leverage.

2-6 years of experience in high-autonomy, cross-functional roles at an early-stage startup, ideally Series B or earlier. Demonstrated autonomous execution in ambiguous environments, with impactful work initiated without explicit direction. The ability to build outbound and GTM systems, including messaging, positioning, and scaled outreach experiments. Familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, agents, and workflow automation. A strong bias for action and preference for broad ownership. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent signal of drive and excellence.
Benefits
$120K-$180K base salary plus 0.10%-0.50% equity. Full-time and on-site five days per week in San Francisco. This role cannot provide visa sponsorship or transfers; candidates must already have unrestricted US work authorization.
