Be a part of our NVIDIA Chips production planning team, collaborating with supply and demand planning teams, OSAT’s, factory operations, and other regional supply chain groups.  We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us take on some of these great opportunities.    This position presents a rare opportunity to engage with a world-class technology firm, using your skills to impact the evolution of computing!

What you'll be doing:

  • Translate demand/supply plan into a master production schedule fulfilling different build mix to support demand fluctuation.

  • Analyze tradeoff options and influence decisions based on constraints in the whole supply chain.

  • Own supply commitments for multiple CHIP products. Optimize supply plan considering raw material availability as well as various constraint factors.

  • Plan and allocate dependent raw materials of wafer, die, substrates, memories, and other materials to the right production sites to meet production schedule.

  • Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream partners and suppliers ensuring seamless production plans to meet build requirements and support smooth transition of product/engineering revision changes.

  • Execute production related transactions in SAP. Own order management and re-prioritize existing WIP based on latest demand & supply trends to ensure product supply availability.

  • Identify slow moving/aging inventory and drive clearance activities with Business Unit to minimize write-off.  

  • Design and apply various operational reporting and dashboard metrics to drive improvement initiatives in production control planning.  

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management and/ or equivalent experience in industry field.

  • 5 years of proven experience in supply chain, operations, with background in semiconductors or tech industry.

  • Experience with high touch ERP systems such as SAP ECC/ APO/ S4 HANA, and an in-depth understanding of MRP concepts.

  • Superb analytical skills and adept with Excel specifics for scrutinizing and implementing data formulas, pivot tables. Proficiency in developing Excel macros is beneficial.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills. You will need to be highly organized, meticulous, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership/accountability.

  • Consistent track record documenting, automating, improving processes, and influencing changes cross-functionally to get results.

  • Experience in a high-pressure production environment working with various constraints under a matrixed organization.

  • Self-starter, extremely agile/flexible with an attribute for growth and continuous learning.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience working /understanding in OSAT manufacturing environment.

  • APICS certified and understanding theoretical frameworks/concepts and applying them to real-world problems/solutions.

  • Advanced data management skills (Excel VBA / Tableau / Power BI / Python/ AI tools) will be a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 100,000 USD - 155,250 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
