You will work closely with Paradigm's recruiting, account management, and marketing teams to identify prospective clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure that the clients you bring to Paradigm receive excellent service.

Just as importantly, this is an opportunity to grow with Paradigm and help Paradigm grow. We are a small, established staffing company where individual contributions matter. • Use your existing professional network while developing new relationships and sources of business.
  • Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Learn about prospective clients, their businesses, and their staffing and project needs and identify opportunities where Paradigm can provide value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects over time, converting opportunities into new client relationships.
  • Research and participate in networking opportunities, industry events, and other activities that can generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate information about prospects, opportunities, and client activity using Paradigm's cloud-based sales and business-development tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Paradigm's recruiting team to understand our capabilities and develop solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  • Support Paradigm's marketing and brand-development efforts through professional networking, marketing campaigns, and industry outreach.
  • Remain engaged with clients after the initial sale, developing relationships that lead to repeat business, expanded services, and referrals.
  • Work with Paradigm's recruiting and account management teams to address client needs and resolve issues related to client engagements and assignments.
  • Help identify new markets, services, and business-development opportunities as you gain experience with Paradigm.

About Us, Paradigm

Paradigm Information Services is an established staffing company that has been connecting talented people with great opportunities for more than 25 years. We work with clients across a variety of industries and positions, giving our recruiting team the opportunity to work on interesting and sometimes challenging searches.

We are also a relatively small company, and we think that creates an opportunity that can be difficult to find in a larger organization. Good ideas get heard, individual contributions are visible, and people who demonstrate ability and initiative can take on greater responsibility.
We are looking for someone who wants to do more than fill a narrowly defined position. We want someone who will become part of our team, help us improve the way we recruit, and grow professionally while helping Paradigm grow.
