What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist with monitoring and managing compliance with insurance regulations across products and business units.
  • Help manage responses to Departments of Insurance on consumer complaints and compliance inquiries.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance policies through regular reviews, testing, and data analysis.
  • Identify potential policy violations or compliance breaches and escalate issues to the Head of Compliance.
  • Maintain organized documentation of policy versions, changes, and employee acknowledgments.
  • Help manage various regulatory filings (e.g. DOI, Licensing, SOS, etc)
  • Maintain organized records and contribute to knowledge management to preserve compliance information.
  • Support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing compliance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

What We Need: 

  • BA/BS degree from a top university 
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance compliance and/or regulation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep multiple balls in the area and make progress on all fronts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner, rapidly adapts to new technology and concepts
  • Strong accountability

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$79,000$107,000 USD
