We’re building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of Pylon's long-form and short-form written content

  • Post product updates 5x/week on LinkedIn & X (example)

  • Weekly spotlights, feature update newsletters, videos

  • Create product guides, blog posts, optimizing for SEO wherever possible

  • Work with our PMM and Growth Lead on all integrated marketing campaigns

What we are looking for

  • You've done the work before and can work autonomously

  • You're creative, organized, scrappy, and biased toward action

  • You're a clear, concise writer and able to write in a startup-friendly, "non-corporate" and "non-marketing" tone

  • 2+ years content marketing experience

  • 2+ years working at a B2B SaaS startup
