Scopely is hiring a Corporate Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Culver City on a hybrid basis.

Corporate Finance oversees company-wide financial planning and reporting, and you will have broad visibility into Scopely’s P&L and business operations. You will own Scopely’s corporate close and reporting cadence, a core part of the role while automation matures. Success means progressively replacing manual processes with AI-native automation until the cadence runs itself. As automation frees capacity, your focus will shift to higher-impact work: partnering across the company to evaluate returns and facilitate growth of Scopely-wide initiatives.

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Lead the Automation: Be part of an AI-first finance team and drive Corporate Finance process improvement and automation projects from concept to launch
  • See the Big Picture: Consolidate Scopely-wide financials across all our titles including leading games like MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, MARVEL Strike Force, and Star Trek Fleet Command
  • Guide Leadership: Partner directly with the CFO to evaluate the company’s trajectory, surfacing risk early, and shaping mitigation plans. Prepare and present reporting deliverables to the CFO and finance leadership
  • Size the Return: Model returns on competing initiatives with cross-functional partners to inform investment decisions. Grow Your Craft: Report to the Corporate Finance Senior Director who will invest in your development with hands-on mentorship
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or other strong analytical roles. Experience with month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to develop scalable financial processes and introduce automation that reduces repetitive manual work
  • Financial Modeling & Analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with a demonstrated ability to build models that size the financial impact of company-wide initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders, build consensus, and influence decisions without direct authority.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise narratives and recommendations
Nice to Have
  • Experience with financial systems (Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning) and data platforms (BigQuery).
  • A genuine interest in games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses.
