About the Role:

The Platform Associate Resident Consultant is an embedded technical advisor who partners closely with strategic customers to maximize the value of their CrowdStrike Falcon investment. This role combines specialized expertise with technical consulting to drive successful CrowdStrike Falcon adoption, optimization, and ongoing operational excellence. The associate resident consultant will have familiarity of all Falcon modules and deep knowledge in a few areas, such as Endpoint, Identity, or Cloud, and is responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the customer’s Falcon environment.

What You'll Do:

Customer Partnership & Strategy

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership
• Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectives
• Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques

Technical Implementation & Optimization

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications
• Assisting customer with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
• Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
• Customer project planning and status
• Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
• Leverage CrowdStrike applications (Exposure Management, for example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
• Assist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools
• Guide customer leads with incident management functions 
• Work closely and collaboratively with Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateral

What You'll Need:

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience
• 2+ years of experience with relevant security applications, which could include endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, etc.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Experience in computer and network systems security
• Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

• Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

• Endpoint Security: Falcon platform (preferred), AV, and EDR solutions
• Software Deployment: SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec
• Development: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch
• Technologies: Experience with Host based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, IT Automation
• Database: SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale
• Identity: Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Currently have or can obtain necessary security clearances, per customer requirement

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
