About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to support the strategy, management and optimization of lifecycle and product-driven campaigns across the customer journey. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in building, launching, and iterating on multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and expansion.

You’ll play a critical role in operationalizing programs—from onboarding and renewal journeys to targeted product adoption and upsell campaigns—working closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, customer success, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer marketing programs and campaigns with an 1:1 / 1: Few / 1: Many ABM approach.

  • Build and launch 1: Many scaled lifecycle campaigns (e.g., welcome, onboarding, renewal, re-engagement) to drive customer activation and retention

  • Manage and execute 1: Few targeted product and expansion campaigns to increase feature adoption and identify upsell opportunities

  • Support the 1:1 campaigns aligning with key account plans created by the account team

  • Manage campaign setup end-to-end in marketing automation platforms (email, audiences, workflows, QA, and deployment)

  • Partner with stakeholders (CS, Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs) to translate business goals into scalable campaign programs and measurable outcomes

  • Optimize campaigns through testing (A/B, segmentation, messaging) and performance analysis

  • Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (engagement, conversion, pipeline influence)

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, B2B SaaS experience highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pendo, Sendoso direct experience will be a plus)

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and ABM strategies

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and project management skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements

Benefits

Our benefits include options for up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums for employees, a flexible PTO policy, paid holidays, and access to mental health and wellness resources. We also provide a 401(k) with pre-tax, after tax, and roth options, as well as short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and other great benefits.
