This entry-level contractor position supports Alkami’s Customer Experience & Operations team by improving the quality, consistency, structure, and usability of customer, account, and contact data across core platforms, including MyAlkami, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities include documenting data flows between systems, identifying missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or mismatched records, and supporting the development of standards and processes for Salesforce data management. The analyst will also help design customer and employee-facing forms and intake experiences that capture complete and accurate information at the point of entry. These efforts will improve the reliability of Salesforce and downstream support records, enabling teams to work from complete and actionable data.
This opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with structured data, has an interest in enterprise SaaS platforms and system integrations, and is eager to develop practical experience in data quality, business process analysis, and systems operations.
  • Audit and document how customer, account, and contact records are created, updated, and synchronized between MyAlkami, PingIdentity, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Identify missing, mismatched, duplicate, or outdated data.

  • Review Salesforce data to assess completeness, consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs. Help identify opportunities to improve field usage, record structure, validation rules, and data standards.

  • Work with stakeholders to define the information required for complete and actionable Salesforce contact and account records, and trace key fields to their source systems.

  • Design or refine customer-facing and employee-facing forms, intake screens, and data-entry workflows so the right information is captured at the right point in the process.

  • Document current-state data flows, integrations, and handoffs through process maps, field dictionaries, data dictionaries, and written specifications. Recommend future-state improvements that reduce manual cleanup and improve data quality.

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Implementation, Support, and other stakeholders to understand how Salesforce and related records are used in day-to-day operations, and identify data gaps that create friction or limit follow-up.

  • Assist with building, testing, and maintaining reports or dashboards that measure data completeness, identify records requiring enrichment, and monitor data-quality trends.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing for changes affecting Salesforce, contact and account intake, integrations, or synchronization behavior. Record findings, validate results, and help coordinate issue resolution.

  • Support data cleanup and enrichment activities by researching discrepancies, documenting recommended corrections, and following established data-governance practices.

  • Maintain clear, lightweight documentation that keeps stakeholders aligned as platforms, processes, and integrations evolve.
