The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as a technical subject matter expert who joins sales conversations and then guides new accounts from signed deal to live usage. The work blends solution consulting, implementation delivery, coordination of multiple concurrent projects and continuous refinement of internal workflows, in close partnership with sales and engineering colleagues.

What you'll do

- Spot potential obstacles and advise prospects on how the product would work alongside their current systems.

- Produce and maintain customer-facing content such as short videos and FAQs, plus shared demo assets for the sales team.

- Take ownership of each new account from handoff through go-live as the main point of contact.

- Set up the product around each customer's objectives and teach their teams how to use it, including loading data and handling unusual cases.

- Juggle a large portfolio of implementations using clear plans, timelines, milestones and issue logs.

- Diagnose problems, flag delivery risks early and work with engineers when product changes are needed.

- Capture customer feedback and product shortcomings and pass them to the product team.

- Align schedules with third-party collaborators involved in a customer's rollout.

- Watch for retention risks and expansion opportunities while building lasting relationships.

- Design repeatable onboarding workflows, templates, documentation, automation and performance metrics so the function can scale.
