Job Description

Are you Ready For Management? 

ICE Group Client seeks a Customer Success Manager who is ready to lead others in the deployment of advanced analytics-based SaaS systems and applications. You will start with some accounts, growing into managing a team of professionals rolling out ICE Group Client’s innovative energy management service to strategic utility customers worldwide.

As a key hands on member of the team, you will be utilizing your outstanding client engagement, project management and technical skills to deliver a solution that customers love. You and your team will also be responsible for customer retention and identifying additional sales opportunities as you learn more about customer pain points.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 7 - 10 years of Customer Success experience at a technology company
  • Engineering or Technical degree (preferred), from a Premier University or Institute
  • Track record (3 - 5 yrs) of success delivering complex, cross functional projects with large enterprise customers in a client facing role (Most Crucial Quality)
  • Experience with SaaS products and Agile software development methodologies (Very Important)
  • Detail oriented and comfortable planning, driving and tracking projects
  • Analytical and able to gather and present data driven success metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Open and highly collaborative mentality
  • Have lead small Customer Success team (don't have to have been the line manager)
