Position Overview

Your top priority is helping customers achieve the outcomes they came to us for.

To do that, you will:

  • Define success with customers and lead their onboarding

  • Own the relationship and look for ways to create more value over time

  • Relay feedback to product and engineering, and help validate new launches

  • Support upsells, testimonials, and case studies where they make sense

  • Build CS playbooks, support materials, and workflows

Desired Attributes

  • Kind, humble, relentless, focused

  • Tech-savvy with strong communication — our product is fairly technical, and you'll need to teach customers how to use it well

  • Quick to learn product and industry context

  • Comfortable presenting to leadership (business cases, QBRs, etc.)

  • Strong work ethic — this is an early-stage startup, so expect to build some of the playbook yourself

  • Strategic and creative — able to zoom out and rethink how we approach problems

  • Bonus: experience with Zapier, CRM automations, or agents in a CS/support function

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $110K–$130K base + commission & bonus

  • Work closely with sales, product, design, and engineering

  • Meaningful opportunity to shape CS processes and systems as an early team member

This is a full-time, in-person role in SF. We think we have a strong product and a real opportunity in a large industry — if that's exciting to you, we'd love to talk.
