Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the business, use data to guide decisions,and own communication channels to create synergy and clarity at a global scale. You will work on tech's biggest projects including but not limited  to Agentic AI deployments, product adoption initiatives, and global maturityYou will also be responsible to:

Product Execution and Delivery:

  • Own assigned programs end-to-end, driving consistency, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized, defensible plan, connecting day-to-day execution to a broader business outcomes.
  • Exercise judgement on scope and priority: including defining the when and the how, with clear rationale.

Data, Metrics and Decision-Making:

  • Define what success looks like before work begins, and measure outcomes rigorously after delivery to drive optimal adoption.
  • Use data as the primary input for prioritization and iteration decisions, not an afterthought.
  • Maintain strong data hygiene throughout the program lifecycle, and problem-solve or pivot when new information emerges.

Audience Empathy and Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Build alignment drive decisions across teams without relying on positional authority.
  • Navigate competing priorities with independent judgement that builds organizational trust over time.
  • Maintain an evidence-based understanding of the needs of the people you are building for, and anchor decisions to that understanding.
  • Right-size delivery based on the needs of different personas and stakeholder groups.

Communication and Resourcefulness:

  • Communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
  • Navigate ambiguity with resourcefulness by building and maintaining the cross-functional relationships to close gaps.
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • 3-6 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related-field.
  • A track record of owning org-wide projects or programs from planning through delivery with minimal overisight.
  • Comfortable working with data to define success metrics, track outcomes, and make prioritization calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A bias toward action, high attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • String discernment while using Agentic/AI tools.
Nice to have
  • Experience in high growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and data tooling (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Snowflake or similar).
  • Exposure to operations, strategy, or business-process work in addition to core program management.
