Own marketing-sourced pipeline and coordinate integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns across paid, content, events, social, and partnerships. Track MQL-to-SQO conversion, improve lead routing and attribution with GTM and marketing operations, define nurture strategies, manage channel mix, and identify new growth opportunities. The role partners closely with Sales and channel teams and is accountable for pipeline performance against targets.

About Bobyard
Construction is a trillion industry still running on manual work. Contractors measure and count materials off drawings by hand — it takes forever, and it caps how many jobs they can bid. Bobyard uses AI to automate takeoffs and estimates, cutting takeoff time by 50–90% and letting contractors send more bids. We're Series A, backed by 8VC, Primary, and Pear, and growing uncomfortably fast.

About the role
Marketing at Bobyard has real channels — paid, content, social, events, partnerships — and real early traction. What it doesn't have yet is one person turning those channels into a coordinated pipeline machine instead of five separate efforts competing for the same creative resources. That's this role. You'll own the strategy and channel mix, and you'll be judged the same way we are internally: on marketing-sourced pipeline dollars.

What you'll do

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and report on it weekly against target

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across paid, content, and events — set the audience, the goal, and the channel mix for each cycle

  • Brief content, paid, and events teams so campaigns are planned together instead of competing for the same creative resources in real time

  • Own MQL-to-SQO conversion tracking and work with Sales to keep speed-to-lead tight on high-intent leads

  • Partner with our GTM engineer on lead routing and attribution accuracy — you don't own the automation stack, but you live in it

  • Define nurture strategy — audience, stages, messaging, exit criteria

  • Identify and pitch new channels worth testing, backed by a real case for why

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years running B2B demand generation with a pipeline dollar number you personally owned and can talk through in detail

  • Strong analytical instincts — you know your numbers cold and adjust budget based on what's converting, not what you planned three weeks ago

  • A track record of working directly with Sales on lead handoff, routing, and conversion

  • Comfortable partnering with channel leads and marketing ops/automation

  • Real experience running multi-channel campaigns

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS experience selling into a non-technical or trades-adjacent buyer

  • Experience at a founder-led or early-stage company where you had to build the playbook, not inherit one

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar

What we offer

  • $115K–$135K base + variable comp tied to quarterly pipeline targets + meaningful early-stage equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

  • A real number to own, and the room to build the whole motion around it

  • A small, sharp marketing team already running paid, content, social, and events — you're the one who makes them work together

  • Hybrid in SF (101 2nd Street)

Comp Philosophy
