Oura is looking for an E-commerce Demand Planner to own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast, with secondary responsibility for B2B demand planning across products, markets, and planning horizons. 

This role turns traffic, conversion, marketing, historical demand, promotions, product launches, partner programs, and operational constraints into a clear, decision-ready forecast for the business.  The role sits at the intersection of Demand Planning, E-commerce, Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, Marketing, and partner-facing teams. You will help improve forecast quality, inventory availability, and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-growing, data-rich business.

What You Will Do:
  • Own the DTC/e-commerce demand forecast, including traffic, conversion, marketing, seasonality, promotions, launches, product generation, SKU or finish/size mix as needed, channel, region, and time period; support the B2B forecast as a secondary scope.
  • Lead the recurring demand planning cadence: collect inputs, pressure-test assumptions, update the forecast, document risks and opportunities, and prepare materials for forecast sign-off and S&OP discussions.
  • Translate commercial pipeline and partner inputs into demand assumptions, including deal timing, confidence, ramp shape, booking-to-shipment timing, expected fulfillment path, and likely product mix.
  • Maintain the DTC/e-commerce forecast across baseline demand, traffic, conversion, seasonality, promotions, marketing events, launches, channel mix shifts, availability constraints, and other demand drivers.
  • Support and improve the B2B planning process by translating deal and program expectations into product and SKU demand, with clear attention to timing, mix, fulfillment, and data quality.

This is a hybrid role out of our San Francisco office.

What you'll bring
  • Years of Experience: 4–6+ years preferred; calibrate with HR/Recruiting based on final level.
  • Technical Skills / Software / Tools: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; strong forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, and scenario-analysis capability; planning tools and BI platforms a plus.
  • Certifications / Other Requirements: None required.
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce/DTC demand planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, supply chain planning, commercial planning, or a closely related function supporting physical products or demand-sensitive programs.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn traffic, conversion, marketing, sales, and operational inputs into a clear forecast and recommendation.
  • Ability to explain what changed, why it changed, when it will happen, and what the business should do about it.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial or Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, Logistics, Product, Marketing, or RevOps teams.
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling and data-reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate clearly with both working teams and leadership.
  • High ownership of recurring planning deliverables, deadlines, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Comfort operating in an evolving environment where tools, data definitions, and processes are still maturing.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with AI Tools. Claude, Lovable, etc.
  • Experience with commercial pipeline, CRM data, partner programs, enterprise healthcare, employee benefits, or channel sales.
  • Experience with scenario planning, inventory constraints, product transitions, end-of-life planning, or allocation decisions.
  • Experience in a company transitioning from spreadsheet-based planning to a connected planning system.

Ōura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1: $119,000-140,000
