Our client is a software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full delivery of large client software implementations, from learning how a client's operation runs through configuration, adoption and measurable results. Partner with engineering and product teams to turn complex legacy processes into scalable solutions, and contribute to more efficient delivery practices over time.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise implementations from initial discovery of client operations through configuration, adoption and results.
- Spend time on-site with clients to observe processes, analyze data and resolve operational problems.
- Work with engineering and product colleagues to turn complicated legacy workflows into scalable software solutions.
- Make sound decisions with incomplete information, since every implementation presents different circumstances.
- Contribute reusable guides, internal tools and standard procedures so later implementations run more smoothly.
