About the company
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take charge of getting new clients live on a software product, serving as their main business-side contact from start to finish. Coordinate plans, deadlines and many stakeholders while an engineering partner covers the technical work. As an early member of the function, you will also help define how this work gets done.
What you'll do
- Drive a small set of concurrent client rollouts from initial launch meeting through production release, keeping schedules, budgets and deliverables on track.
- Build trusted working relationships with numerous decision-makers inside large organizations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and progress reviews.
- Create and continually improve the standard approach and documentation for rollouts, starting from a blank page.
- Pair with an engineer, taking responsibility for planning and client communication while they deliver the technical build.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Roughly 2 to 5 years in software implementation, client onboarding or project management roles.
- Background at a high-growth startup or a leading consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ownership of full rollouts or onboarding programs, including timelines, stakeholder alignment and launch.
- Experience managing several workstreams at once, with 10 or more deliverables tracked to their due dates.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, large language models and technical documentation at a working level.
- A hands-on, self-driven approach: you do the work yourself rather than delegating it.
- Excellent communication, close attention to detail and ease with ambiguity.
- Evidence of standout achievement, such as a strong academic background or a notable accomplishment.
- Currently based in New York City or willing to relocate, and able to work on-site five days a week.
