Job Description

Position Details:

Title: DevOps Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 month (may extend)

Summary:

• As a DevOps Engineer, building, deploying in, and maintaining our cloud environment are your day-to-day focus.

• Automation and thorough familiarity with UNIX scripting and other languages a critical survival skill.

• As a Java/Unix team, key technologies include Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus, Gradle, Maven, and Git

Experience building out and scaling in cloud environments is a must.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of systems management or related systems architecture experience

• Linux environments and shell scripting of all types (e.g., Python, Perl)

• Cloud computing environments (e.g., Amazon Web Services, OpenStack) Configuration Management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)

• Building and packaging Java applications (e.g., Maven, Gradle), Java development experience a plus

• Setting up and supporting continuous integration and delivery (e.g., Jenkins, Hudson; Nexus, Artifactory)
