Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of ERP & Information Systems to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems with a strong emphasis on financial processes and controls. This role bridges IT and Finance, ensuring ERP platforms effectively support accounting, reporting, compliance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Strategy & Implementation

    • Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business and financial objectives
    • Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
    • Drive automation and process improvements
  • Finance & IT Partnership

    • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT
    • Ensure ERP supports core finance functions such as GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and reporting
    • Collaborate with CFO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
  • Compliance & Leadership

    • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
    • Lead and mentor ERP / IT applications team

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years ERP systems experience
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • ERP implementation leadership experience
  • Experience in global or SOX-compliant environments
  • ERP architecture and integrations expertise
  • Financial systems expertise
  • Leadership and stakeholder management
  • Data analytics and reporting tools

Base salary range is $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
