You'll connect Arm's purpose-enabling AI everywhere-to the people who lead it, ensuring our executives are visible, relevant, and influential across key media, industry, and partner ecosystems. From shaping speaking and media interview strategies to managing thought leadership placements and external engagements, this role drives how Arm's leaders show up in the world.
Job Overview
This is a strategic and highly cross-functional position. You will partner with the Head of C-Level Communications and other senior leader, as well as teams across Marketing, PR, and Product to position Arm's leadership at the forefront of the AI conversation. You thrive at building visibility and credibility in complex global markets, balancing storytelling, relationship-building, and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities
  • As a trusted advisor to C-Suite leadership, you will develop the global executive visibility strategy for Arm's AI domain and help executive staff navigate public presence, manage reputation, and build authentic influence around AI
  • Drive earned media and speaking engagement programs that amplify Arm's leadership in technology and identify new, relevant platforms
  • Build and manage relationships with key media, conference organizers and influencers, proactively identifying opportunities for executive commentary, interviews, and speaking engagements
  • Partner with executives and their teams to develop keynotes, prepare for media and event engagements, ensuring they deliver clear, compelling, and consistent messages
  • Measure and report on visibility impact and alignment with executive voice, using media coverage, share of voice, and audience engagement metrics to optimize strategy

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong strategic communications background with expertise in media relations and executive visibility, ideally within semiconductor or AI-driven industries
  • Proven experience building executive platforms across media, events, and digital channels that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strategic communicator who understands how to connect technology, leadership, and purpose through compelling narratives
  • Experience with data and AI tools, using insights and experimentation to optimize performance and scale programs
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly

  • Experience applying AI tools for executive visibility and media strategy
  • Proven ability to shape leadership narratives around AI and compute innovation
  • Familiarity with social media strategy and executive reputation management

Salary Range:
$233,800-$316,300 per year
