This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Recruiting at Ironclad:

We are seeking a strategic GTM and G&A Talent Acquisition Leader to drive recruiting efforts globally across the Americas (AMER), European (EMEA), and future Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. This leadership role will be instrumental in building and scaling world-class Go-to-Market teams - including Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Partnerships, Professional Services, Marketing - as well as essential General & Administrative functions, including People, Legal, Finance, and Business Technology teams. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in sales recruiting and a proven track record of scaling high-performing GTM organizations in a high-growth environment. This person will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategies for all GTM and G&A functions.

  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters, providing consistent coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

  • Build high-performing teams: Partner with GTM leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services roles.

  • Scale recruiting operations: In partnership with Recruiting Operations, design and implement highly scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and systems to support rapid global growth while maintaining an uncompromising quality of hire.

  • Talent pipeline development: Oversee the development and maintenance of robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across GTM and G&A functions.

  • Stakeholder partnership: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM and G&A leadership, providing real-time market insights, compensation guidance, and data-backed talent strategy recommendations.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Business Partners, Finance, Total Rewards, HR, and business leaders to align hiring plans, offer strategy, workforce planning, and operational priorities in support of company growth goals.

  • Metrics and reporting: Establish key performance metrics, track recruiting performance against ambitious goals, and continuously optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Employer branding: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Talent Brand teams to effectively strengthen our employer value proposition within the global sales community.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience, specifically focused on sales and GTM and G&A roles within the SaaS industry.

  • Proven track record of leading recruiting teams that have built and scaled high-performing sales organizations in high-growth, global environments.

  • Deep functional expertise in recruiting across multiple sales functions including AEs, SEs, CS, RevOps, and Professional Services.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teams through growth and change.

  • Strategic mindset with the proven ability to seamlessly balance long-term organizational planning with tactical, immediate execution.

  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with robust analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence and advise senior GTM and G&A leadership.

  • Extensive experience with modern recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, candidate engagement platforms).

  • Up-to-date knowledge of global market dynamics and sales compensation trends.

  • A curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.


Base Salary Range: $210,000 - $240,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
