Job Description:

The AI industry is at a turning point, and Uniphore is leading it. As enterprises move beyond pilots to real, governed AI at scale, we need a voice that captures this moment. We're looking for a Director to own thought leadership and content marketing that positions Uniphore as the category-leading Business AI Company, right as this inflection point unfolds. This role sits at the center of how Uniphore tells our story - translating a complex, full-stack platform spanning data, knowledge, context, SLM models and agents into content that resonates with both technical buyers and CXO decision-makers. You'll shape the company and market conversation narratives around the structural barriers holding Enterprise AI back, and how Uniphore's AI platform helps organizations move from AI experimentation to AI outcomes and value. This is a strategic and hands-on role: you'll set the vision for thought leadership and our POVs across the company, build the editorial and content engine to execute it and ensure every piece of content - from a blog post to an executive byline - reinforces a consistent, category-defining point of view.

What You'll Own

  • Create and own our thought leadership strategy and integrated marketing communications initiatives that have a direct influence on pipeline per quarter and achieve leadership share of voice against key competitors.

  • Develop unique, ownable research, including a digital benchmark assessment tool that makes us standout in the market.

  • Lead executive audience content strategy by creating relevancy and engagement with CEO, CIO, CMO and CCO audiences.

  • Play a pivotal role in shifting brand perception of Uniphore from a conversational AI point solution to a provider of differentiated AI Platform and Category Leader, contributing to the company revenue growth.

  • Define our content strategy for how audiences actually consume information today across formats, channels for both human and AI-mediated discovery. Lead how the team maps our content strategy to engage different audiences (prospects, customers, partners, press, investors) and shape the strategy around their needs.

  • Build a high-functioning editorial operation, ensuring voice and tone consistency across channels, and elevating Uniphore's brand through high-quality, integrated content, owning the evolution of our brand voice and company writing style and guidelines.

  • Own the editorial calendar across all owned channels.

  • Manage blog strategy, ensuring editorial voice, tone and quality standards across all content.

  • Oversee organic social strategy to develop an engaging social presence that grows market awareness and category ownership for our products and trust in our brand.

  • Partner across marketing to align content with launches, campaigns and revenue marketing goals.

  • Build processes that streamline creation, increase output and ensure cross-channel alignment.

  • Manage and mentor a lean (but highly efficient) content team and agencies.

  • Measure content performance and share insights.

  • Set the standard for tone, storytelling and clarity so every piece of content feels like one coherent experience.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of content marketing or editorial experience, with a focus on B2B and AI tech.

  • 8+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing content teams.

  • Strong editorial judgment with ability to establish and enforce high editorial standards and a consistent voice.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that simplify complex topics.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to assess content performance and drive program strategy.

  • Willing to flex across strategy and execution. Most roles at Uniphore require 'do-ers' and this role is no different.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance content workflows, from ideation to drafting to optimization, balanced with sound editorial judgment on when human craft matters most.

  • Strategic thinker who can shape category narrative, not just execute a content plan

  • Understanding of how LLMs retrieve and cite information (conceptually - not an engineering role)

Hiring Pay Range:

$175,000 - $218,700

Benefits:

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
