Location: South San Francisco, CA
Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2

Job Summary:
You will be supporting records management and document control activities for engineering and construction projects. This role will manage project documentation, maintain electronic records, support Autodesk Forma project administration, assist with document uploads, scanning, archiving, and ensure compliance with document management standards.
Requirements:
• 0–5 years of document control, records management, project coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing electronic documents and databases
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma is a plus
