Role Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, this role sits within Form’s Communications team and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and hiring managers to develop and execute employer brand initiatives that position Form as a company of choice.

This role is dedicated to building Form’s employer brand through integrated marketing campaigns, paid media, employee storytelling, recruiting events, and strategic partnerships. While the Communications team leads corporate communications and day-to-day social media execution, this role serves as the team’s subject matter expert on employer branding, helping shape candidate-focused messaging and contributing to Form’s overall organic social media strategy.

Form cannot achieve its mission without world class talent. This is an exciting opportunity to play an essential role in the company’s success, while building the employer brand at one of America’s fastest-growing energy companies.

This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from one of our offices 3 days per week.
Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:
  • Lead Form Energy’s employer brand and talent marketing strategy to position the company as an employer of choice across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.

  • Develop integrated talent marketing campaigns that showcase Form’s mission, people, culture, technology, manufacturing footprint, and career opportunities.

  • Lead paid recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Indeed, and other digital platforms, continuously optimizing performance through data, analytics, and testing.

  • Develop compelling employer brand content including employee stories, videos, photography, blogs, career site content, digital advertising, recruiting collateral, and email campaigns.

  • Lead marketing support for recruiting events, university partnerships, manufacturing hiring events, conferences, military recruiting initiatives, and community engagement programs.

  • Identify opportunities to elevate Form’s employer brand through awards, earned media, speaking engagements, industry recognition, and community partnerships.

  • Measure and report on employer brand and talent marketing performance, using insights and analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, candidate engagement, and return on investment.

  • Support the Communications team across other, essential marketing initiatives beyond just talent marketing as needed – and as you grow in the role.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations. A strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in employer branding and talent marketing specifically.

  • Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and social channels.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.

  • Experience creating engaging digital content across a variety of channels and formats.

  • Experience planning and promoting events, conferences, university outreach, or community engagement initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% to support recruiting events, conferences, university engagement, and company initiatives.

  • Passion for storytelling, employer branding, and helping mission-driven organizations attract exceptional talent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a high-growth technology, manufacturing, industrial, or energy company.

  • Experience building or scaling an employer brand during periods of rapid organizational growth.

  • Experience managing creative agencies and external vendors.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, marketing analytics tools, and applicant tracking systems.
