Building Healthcare That Remembers

Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.

At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 270 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.

We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!

Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.

About the role

Assort Health builds specialty-specific AI agents for patient access — scheduling, triage, intake, referrals, refills, eligibility, and payments. We recently raised a $120M Series C led by Menlo Ventures at a $1.2B valuation, and revenue has grown 20x in 15 months.

We're hiring our first dedicated post-sales Enablement Manager to build the systems that let Implementation, Customer Success, and Support scale with that growth. Sold deals now outpace our ability to onboard the people who deliver them. Your job is to close that gap.

What you'll own
  • Ramp. Onboarding for Implementation, CSM, and Support hires. Time-to-productivity is your headline metric.

  • Certification. Skills validation before anyone touches a live account — agent building and configuration, metric and value presentation, go-live execution, and escalation handling.

  • Playbooks. Repeatable motions for implementation, customer onboarding, go-live, and ongoing account management.

  • Health system readiness. As we move upmarket into health systems and academic medical centers, build the playbook for multi-site, multi-specialty deployments.

  • Gap analysis and feedback loop. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and post-sales leadership to identify gaps in post-sales performance and translate them into enablement priorities — and route recurring customer friction back to those same teams.

  • Recurring enablement. Ongoing sessions across post-sales teams covering new workflows, product changes, and skill refreshers, so knowledge doesn't decay after onboarding.

  • Knowledge system. One source of truth for runbooks, integration guides, and escalation paths. Own the architecture, not just the content.

  • Coaching layer. Call and ticket review cadence with frontline managers; turn patterns into targeted interventions.

  • Measurement. Tie enablement to time-to-live, first-call resolution, PSAT, churn, and NRR.

What we're looking forRequired
  • 4+ years in enablement, with post-sales as your primary focus

  • Built enablement systems from scratch at a scaled or fast-scaling SaaS company — onboarding paths, certification, knowledge architecture, measurement

  • Track record moving a business metric, not just shipping training

  • Has enabled technical teams (Implementation, Solutions, Support) on product fluency and configuration

  • Fluent with LLMs and automation tooling — uses them to build enablement assets, automate reporting, and scale your own output

  • Comfortable building in ambiguity; ships in weeks, iterates continuously

Nice to have
  • Hands-on implementation or solutions background — you've configured or deployed software for customers yourself

  • Experience enabling teams through an upmarket transition into enterprise accounts

  • Working knowledge of EHR/PMS workflows (Epic, Athena, NextGen) and how health systems deploy software

  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience

  • Formal teaching or instructional design background — classroom teaching, curriculum design, or technical training counts

  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or technical troubleshooting

Not required
  • Clinical credentials or provider revenue cycle expertise.
