Meet the Team

Cisco Cloud Control is Cisco's unified platform for agentic operations, bringing our networking, security, and observability portfolio together into one cohesive management experience. Join the team building the Cloud Control experience specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for thousands of enterprise and mid-market end-customers!

You will collaborate with Cloud Control engineering and design, cross-portfolio product teams, commerce/licensing teams, and partner sales leaders, while working directly with strategic MSP executives who rely on Cisco to run their businesses.

Your Impact

As the Lead Product Manager for MSP & Partner Platforms, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product direction, roadmap, and agentic AI strategy for Cisco Cloud Control's MSP ecosystem:

·       Define the MSP Operating Paradigm: Own product strategy for Managed Service Providers—partner organizations (telecom carriers, systems integrators, and IT service providers) that remotely deploy, monitor, and lead complex IT, networking, and security operations across hundreds or thousands of distinct customer tenant accounts.

·       Drive Agentic AI & Autonomous Operations for MSPs: Architect how generative AI and autonomous agentic workflows in Cloud Control empower MSPs to automate multi-tenant policy deployment, cross-customer root-cause analysis, intelligent anomaly detection, and automated ticket remediation at planetary scale.

·       High-Touch Partner & Executive Leadership: Maintain high-touch relationships with MSP C-suite and technical leadership, leading roadmap reviews, early access beta programs, and executive advisory sessions in close alignment with Cisco partner sales.

·       Multi-Tenant Platform & Lifecycle Governance: Own core platform requirements for multi-tenant organization hierarchies, delegated administrator permissions, granular RBAC, co-management models, and streamlined customer onboarding and transfers.

·       Commercial & API-First Ecosystem Integration: Champion API-first architectures to integrate Cloud Control seamlessly with industry-standard PSA and RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya) while defining usage-based billing, licensing, and entitlement workflows.

·       Measure Partner Adoption & Business Impact: Use product telemetry and data instrumentation to analyze partner friction, unblocking scalability and operational efficiency for partners leading thousands of customer networks.

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.

·       8+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, cloud-managed platforms, or enterprise infrastructure.

·       Applied experience building products, platform features, or multi-tenant architectures for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), channel partners, or multi-customer service providers.

·        Background working directly at or partnering closely with managed service providers, telecommunications carriers, or IT systems integrators.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience developing AI-powered product capabilities, agentic workflows, conversational assistants, or LLM-based operational tooling.

·       Deep technical fluency in APIs, multi-tenant SaaS isolation, identity federation (SSO, SAML, OIDC), granular RBAC, and cloud security architectures.

·       Comprehensive understanding of the MSP operating model, co-management, and ecosystem tool integrations (PSA/RMM tools like ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto).

·       Experience defining commercial workflows, including usage-based billing, multi-tier partner licensing, and subscription entitlement management.

·       Experience sustaining strategic relationships with customer/partner executives and driving decisions across matrixed engineering teams.
