SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry.

More than 2 million engineers use SnapMagic every year to find components and design products faster. They're the people building the next generation of aerospace, robotics, medical, and consumer hardware, and the next wave of AI-assisted design tools is being built here, on one of the largest electronics component databases in the world. We're backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, including Y Combinator, growing fast, and early enough that what you build here becomes how the whole company sells.

What you’ll do:

As one of the foundational members of our Go To Market team, you'll be at the steering wheel of executing on our aggressive growth plans while simultaneously building the playbook for our growing team. You will own your sales process end to end, from pipeline generation, defining strategic sales plans, to forging strong partnerships with within our electronics ecosystem.

  • Own the sales cycle end to end: generate pipeline, run strategic account plans, negotiate, and close with finance, legal, and ops.

  • Build the playbook: test messaging, create sales material, and work out what makes this motion repeatable.

  • Turn our proprietary data into a compelling case for each customer.

  • Become a trusted advisor to key partners across the electronics ecosystem.

  • Identify new ways to go to market and push them into the company.

Why this role is different:

  • You'll work next to the people running the company. You'll partner daily with our CEO, with access to direct feedback and real influence on strategy. This is a seat to learn how a company is run, and the strongest launchpad we know of to a future GM, COO, or founder role.

  • The mission is real. Electronics is a $1.3T industry, and the tools engineers use to design it are being rebuilt around AI right now. You'll sell into the companies shaping that shift, and the engineers there already use our product.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on enterprise selling.

  • Builder Mentality: Experience as one of the first AEs at a startup, or experience bringing a new product to market with close collaboration with cross functional teams.
