About the Role:

The Enterprise Account Executive, KBF – North America is responsible for driving new opportunities and selling Cyncly solutions into the Kitchen & Bath, Office, & Furniture Industries. This includes managing the customer acquisition process from lead to close and actively developing pipeline while delivering short term results.

This role reports directly to Cyncly’s Director of Sales – North America,  Enterprise Clients and is to ultimately help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets within the assigned accounts and territory.

This role is responsible for partnering with North America Kitchen, Bath & Furniture manufactures to ultimately help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets within their assigned territory.

Key Position Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the entire sales process to meet monthly / quarterly targets by driving opportunities and successfully selling Cyncly solutions into new & existing accounts within the Kitchen and Bathroom retail industry
  • Develop pipeline through a combination of growing existing accounts, hunting new business, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / networking
  • Generate short term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  • Daily CRM update with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecast and revenue financials

Required experience and qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience as a hunter / account executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets via new and existing business; SaaS experience is a must 
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and influence relationships at the C-level
  • Experience in one of the following industries is preferred (Kitchen & Bath, Office, Furniture)
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build new business with a vast range of solutions
  • Highly organized, effective decision-making, and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to own the opportunity from inception to deal close, you will be responsible for deal strategy, customer interfacing and relationship building, proposal creation, pricing and ultimately the successful negotiations and deal completion with the customer
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients from all over the world. Managing different time zones, languages, and cultures. (English Primary, but European or Spanish languages a plus)
  • Ability to adapt in a hyper growth private equity backed organization that is growing rapidly

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $85,000 - $130,000  depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses and commissions as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
