If you're interested in joining an early stage AI startup building foundational models, geometric and physics engines from scratch to transform how the world designs and builds infrastructure, with real autonomy and the resources to solve hard problems, apply or reach out to us today.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be one of the earliest commercial leaders at Augrade and a core member of the founding team.

You’ll own strategic enterprise accounts across India, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, selling directly to executives responsible for design, engineering, construction, and digital transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to build a global enterprise sales motion from the ground up while selling a product that delivers measurable ROI through faster design cycles, automated BIM generation, and dramatically improved estimation and planning workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, procurement, and close.

  • Sell to executive buyers including CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Design, Engineering Directors, Construction Leaders, and Digital Transformation executives.

  • Run consultative discovery sessions to identify workflow bottlenecks, quantify ROI, and build compelling business cases.

  • Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, and executive presentations tailored to complex AEC and infrastructure organizations.

  • Develop and close multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and custom commercial structures.

  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success to create a seamless pipeline-to-expansion motion.

  • Manage pilots, proof-of-concepts, and pilot-to-enterprise expansions with clear success metrics and executive alignment.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to support company-wide revenue planning.

  • Represent Augrade at industry conferences, customer events, and strategic partner engagements globally.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of selling complex B2B software or technology solutions.

  • Required: Construction sales background, Demonstrated success selling into hyperscalers and large-scale data center projects, with an established network across data center owners/developers, EPC firms, engineering consultants, or construction organizations.

  • 3+ years selling into construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, real estate development, or industrial technology markets.

  • Proven ability to close large enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders, long procurement cycles, and executive-level decision makers.

  • Exceptional consultative selling and executive communication skills.

  • Experience building ROI-driven business cases and navigating technical, operational, and financial buyers.

  • Comfort engaging with engineering, design, BIM, and construction workflows and translating technical capabilities into business value.

  • Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement, security reviews, and multi-year commercial agreements.

  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy building processes rather than inheriting them.

  • Willingness to travel across key customer markets globally as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with major developers, EPC firms, general contractors, engineering consultancies, or infrastructure owners.

  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup where you helped build the GTM motion from scratch.

  • Background in construction, engineering, architecture, or industrial technology.

Why Join Augrade?

  • Founding-level ownership with direct access to the CEO and product leadership.

  • Global enterprise territory across multiple high-growth markets.

  • Category-defining AI product solving one of the largest untapped opportunities in construction technology.

  • Meaningful equity and long-term upside in a company building foundational infrastructure AI.

  • Autonomy to shape pricing, sales strategy, partnerships, and the enterprise GTM engine from the earliest stages.

  • Mission-driven work helping humanity design and build infrastructure faster, cheaper, and more intelligently — on Earth and beyond.
