Be at the Forefront of the Agentic AI Revolution
At Skan AI, we are pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, bringing context from enterprise operators, systems, and processes to power how the world's largest organizations execute their most complex, mission-critical work.
Why Skan AI
We're in hyper-growth mode at exactly the right moment in history. As enterprises race to adopt agentic AI, we're uniquely positioned to deliver the clear signal they desperately need: a platform that trains and grounds AI Agents in trillions of real execution signals, enabling reliable, compliant automation of their most complex processes.
Backed by Dell Technologies Capital and other leading investors, we're the only company that can bridge the gap between AI's promise and enterprise reality, making us perfectly positioned to define the agentic era for modern enterprises.
Our diverse, collaborative team of 250+ innovators is solving category-defining challenges at the intersection of AI, process intelligence, and enterprise work. Diverse perspectives fuel breakthrough thinking, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and our work directly transforms how Fortune 500 companies operate. We are shaping the future of work itself.
THE ROLE
You will be one of the first sales engineers at Skan, working with three account executives on named enterprise accounts. You own the technical side of those deals from first qualification to signature: which processes are worth automating, whether it can be done inside the customer's environment, how the proof of concept is designed, and getting through architecture and security review.
The technical sales motion for agentic AI in regulated industries has not been written yet. You will help write it, and what you build will be used by the people we hire after you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own technical qualification: which process to target, whether it is feasible in the customer's environment, and what the proof of concept has to demonstrate.
- Scope proofs of concept and agree written exit criteria with the customer before work begins.
- Design the deployment per account, across cloud, customer-hosted, hybrid and on-premise, including virtual desktop, thick client and mainframe, with the data residency and recording constraints attached to each.
- Lead architecture and security review as a technical conversation: data flow diagrams, evidence packs, vendor risk responses.
- Build commercial proposals with your account executives, including deployment pricing and customer business cases.
- Write the statements of work, infrastructure requirements and order form exhibits.
- Build reusable assets that make the next deal faster.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Five or more years in sales engineering, pre-sales or solutions architecture, selling to large regulated enterprises.
- Technical owner on deals of $250K and above, with six to twelve month cycles and several stakeholder groups.
- You have taken a customer through a full information security or vendor risk review.
- You can scope a proof of concept and defend its success criteria to a sceptical buyer.
- Working knowledge of on-premise and private cloud, virtual desktop environments, data residency, and settings where recording or data extraction is restricted.
- You write well. Much of this job is written, and much of it reaches the customer without a review step.
HELPFUL, NOT REQUIRED
- Insurance claims or underwriting, banking operations, or healthcare revenue cycle depth.
- Process mining, task mining, intelligent automation, or applied LLM and agent products.
- Agent frameworks, managed model services, retrieval or evaluation tooling.
Benefits
- 100% coverage of Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
- Unlimited Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
- Short Term & Long-Term Disability
- Work From Home
- Stock Option Plan
