Bold Group, an EverCommerce company, provides mission-critical alarm monitoring software, including Manitou and Stages, to central monitoring stations, wholesale monitoring providers, and enterprise security operations centers around the world.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Global Strategic Account Executive to win new enterprise customers for Bold Group's alarm monitoring software portfolio. This is a new role and a senior individual contributor position that carries a personal new-business quota.

You will focus on large, strategic opportunities with central monitoring stations, wholesale monitoring providers, enterprise SOCs, and other major security organizations. Deals typically range from $1M to $5M with 12-to-18-month sales cycles. You will start with an existing pipeline of key opportunities, including organizations that know Bold Group and have worked with us before, and build on it through your own prospecting, marketing-generated leads, and BDR support.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise software hunter who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions, build trusted relationships with executives, and position mission-critical technology against entrenched competitors.

Responsibilities

Win new strategic customers

·       Own and exceed an annual new-business bookings quota by acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding Bold Group's share of the alarm monitoring market.

·       Identify, qualify, and close large opportunities with central monitoring stations, wholesale monitoring providers, enterprise SOCs, and other large security organizations.

·       Displace competitive solutions by clearly articulating the operational and business value of Manitou and Stages.

Own the full sales cycle

·       Manage every stage of the sales process, from strategic prospecting and qualification through solution development, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

·       Advance and close the existing pipeline of key opportunities while building new pipeline through your own outreach, BDR support, and marketing programs such as trade shows and industry events.

·       Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM.

Influence executive decision-makers

·       Build trusted relationships with owners, executives, and operations leaders at target accounts.

·       Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions and long sales cycles with a consultative approach.

·       Represent Bold Group at industry events and with customers across North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia.

Collaborate across the business

·       Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop tailored solutions and a smooth handoff after signing.

·       Bring customer and competitive insights back to Product and leadership to shape sales strategy and the roadmap.

·       Share your experience with and help develop junior members of the sales team.

Qualifications

·       10+ years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals ($1M+) and consistently meeting or exceeding new-business quotas.

·       A strong hunter mentality and success winning new logos and displacing incumbent competitors.

·       Experience managing long sales cycles (12+ months) with multiple stakeholders, from operations teams to the C-suite.

·       Consultative selling skills and the ability to position mission-critical technology against customers' operational and business challenges.

·       Strong negotiation, commercial, and contracting skills.

·       Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.

·       Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

·       Willingness to travel 30 to 40%, including international travel.

Preferred experience

·       Experience selling to or working in the security and alarm monitoring industry, such as central stations, monitoring providers, integrators, or security technology companies.

·       An established network of relationships in the security industry.

·       Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software to international customers in Europe or Asia-Pacific.

Where

This role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires 30 to 40% travel, including international travel to Europe, Japan, and Australia. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Compensation and benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary and variable compensation tied to new-business bookings, along with:

·       Flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid

·       Robust health and wellness benefits

·       Continued investment in professional development

·       401(k) with company match

·       Flexible and generous paid time off

·       Employee Stock Purchase Program
