About the role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our CEO and keep the office running smoothly. You'll coordinate day-to-day operations, manage logistics, and keep the workspace organized, while supporting leadership with scheduling, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup. Note this requires being on-site at our office in South Park 5 days/week.


What you'll do
  • Office Management

    • Oversee everyday office operations, keeping the space clean, organized, and fully stocked; manage supplies, vendors, and facilities.

    • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries.

    • Organize and execute team offsites and onsite gatherings, ensuring smooth logistics (venues, travel, catering, activities, and budgets).

  • Executive Support

    • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communication.

    • Assist with travel coordination, meeting prep, and follow-ups.

    • Draft and maintain internal documents, reports, and presentations.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a fast-growing company.

  • Type A in the best sense: organized, proactive, and on top of the details.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/reporting systems.

  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive in anticipating needs.

  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, from small gatherings to large-scale company functions.

Compensation Range

$90,000-$140,000/year plus equity
