Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. Finance, accounting, sales, and operations, unified in one system for the first time.

We're growing 5x year over year with a small team in New York City; the people who join now will shape the product, the culture, and the company itself.

If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.

The Role

As the Executive Assistant to our Founder, Justin, you will provide core administrative support to keep leadership focused on Confido’s highest-leverage work. You will be the ultimate operational partner and gatekeeper who ensures absolutely nothing falls through the cracks across shifting schedules, investor communications, and strategic priorities. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat making a direct contribution to Confido’s success as we rapidly scale our platform. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments and take pride in executing details flawlessly, this role offers an incredible vantage point at a fast-growing market leader.

What You Will Own
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to Justin, anticipating administrative and operational needs before they are voiced.

  • Calendar Mastery: Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars and prepare the founder for high-stakes investor updates, board meetings, and candidate interviews.

  • Inbox Triage: Own and filter incoming emails and communications, flagging urgent items while independently resolving routine matters with high discretion.

  • Workflow Optimization: Create repeatable processes, templates, and automations that improve administrative efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Precision Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, planning detailed itineraries down to the last variable.

  • Special Projects: Adapt seamlessly to shifting startup priorities by owning ad-hoc administrative initiatives and special projects as needed.

What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in dedicated support roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Leadership Assistant.

  • An ownership mentality combined with a highly proactive, solutions-focused approach to daily problem-solving.

  • Deep attention to detail and an innate love for structure—you actively make operational processes faster, smoother, and clearer.

  • High discretion and maturity, with a proven ability to protect sensitive financial data and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Exceptional writing and critical thinking skills, confident in handling high-stakes corporate and investor correspondence.

  • Strong prioritization skills, remaining exceptionally calm and flexible under the natural pressures of a high-growth startup environment.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working within a high-growth tech company, international startup, or CPG-adjacent ecosystem.

  • A strong curiosity about or proven track record of using generative AI tools to streamline administrative tasks.
